National Mining Day – 2026 Edition

05 maggio 2026

The cultural association “Il Cemento nell’Identità del Monferrato Casalese” and its members are participating in the 2026 National Mining Day, an annual event dedicated to promoting and enhancing mining and industrial tourism as part of cultural heritage.

The event, promoted and coordinated by Re.MI. – the National Network of Italian Mining Parks and Museums – and ISPRA – the Italian Institute for Environmental Protection and Research – in collaboration with AIPAI – the Italian Association for Industrial Archaeological Heritage – aims to promote the cultural value of industrial and geo-mining tourism, as well as landscape and sustainable mobility.

This year marks the 18th edition of the event, which continues to attract growing interest year after year, not only in Piedmont but across Italy.
